All booked appointments will be contacted by Jade the stylist within 24hours of your booking for confirmation and if needed, a consultation will be arranged. Consultations can be held via WhatsApp video call.

If there is no response from the customer booking within 48 hours, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit fully refunded.
